Get Active, Get Creative, Get Social!

There is something for every young person at The Way and plenty of opportunities to engage in new, fun experiences. Over 20 activities every evening, you can have it your Way!

Normally, annual membership is £5 a year and it costs just 50p per visit. That’s right, just 50p!!! 

There’s no hidden extra costs, 50p gives you access to all our amazing activities and spaces.

GET ACTIVE

Gym – Whether its cardio or strength training, we have a fully equipped gym and staff who can help you achieve your training goals

Outdoor pitch – Our floodlit 3G pitch gets you outside for a kickabout. We have sessions for girls and boys teams, as well as training with Wolves Foundation each week.

Sports Hall – Our four-court sports hall hosts a variety of team games throughout the week from basketball to badminton, cricket to kingball.

Boxing gym – Build stamina and control in our boxing gym. Not only do we offer boxing every evening, we also have weekly mixed martial arts sessions to challenge your fitness and discipline.

GET CREATIVE

Art and craft Room – Express yourself in our treasure trove of arts and crafts! Whether its textiles, pottery, jewellery making, painting or illustration, we have materials and equipment to satisfy the most enthusiastic artist.

Music Room – Our music room is equipped with guitars, keyboards, drums and production equipment. Our karaoke equipment is always available for anyone who just needs to belt out a song!

Dance studio – If you have a passion for dance and performing, our dance teachers can support you to build your confidence and improve your skills.

Teaching kitchen – Creativity can come in many forms. Developing delicious meals on a budget and taste testing recipes requires imagination and problem-solving skills. Come and put your culinary skills to the test.

GET SOCIAL

Café – there’s nothing better than a good chat over a meal. Refuel and catch up with friends in our fantastic café.

Recreational area – Challenge your mates to a game of pool or table tennis, chill out on one of our sofas or join in with our rec games.

Health and Wellbeing Room – Sometimes you need a calmer environment to talk. Our Health and Wellbeing Room is a cool area for movies, mindfulness and mental health. There’s always someone to talk to and we even have a visit from a therapy dog who helps to calm the mind.

Sensory Room – Our fully equipped sensory room is a relaxing environment to help calm, focus and manage emotions. It’s a space where young people with communication challenges to interact with others.

GET THINKING

Chess Club – Hone your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Every Tuesday and Thursday, we hold a Chess Club where our young people can practice on various platforms, including VR headsets, interactive large screens, giant chessboards, and iPads.

Dungeons and Dragons – Immerse yourself in a fantastical world of adventure. Every Friday, our adventurers meet to overcome challenges and achieve goals.

Employability – Learn essential job-seeking techniques and career development strategies to boost your self-esteem and interview skills.
