Bank Youth Worker

As a member of the delivery team, you will have responsibility to deliver high quality activities in our open access sessions. You will help to ensure the Youth Zone offers a high-quality, creative and fun environment, which focuses on the needs of young people and is in line with The Way Youth Zone’s aspirations to provide young people with the best possible experiences and opportunities. You will have a passion to put young people first and be part of the continuous improvement of our delivery. This is a fun and exciting role in a growing and ambitious charity where with up to 120 young people attending a session no two days will ever be the same.
Catering Assistant
In this role, you will work closely with our catering team to ensure that all food is prepared and presented according to our high standards. You will assist in ensuring that they are following proper procedures and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
To excel in this position, you should also have knowledge of food production and kitchen operations, as well as familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures.

Property / Facilities Trustee

We are looking for a new Trustee with responsibility for property, facilities and maintenance to provide support to our Facilities Manager. With the building over seven years old, we’re keen to implement a facilities management plan for the coming years; your expertise will help the team to develop this plan and help the Board to scrutinise the delivery of it.
